• Complimentary consultations are provided to new clients who are interested in learning more about our services. They are intended to help prospective clients determine if our practice is a suitable fit for their needs.
• Each client is eligible for only one complimentary consultation. Additional appointments are considered standard consultations and may be billed according to our current rates.

2. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Scheduling: Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling:  We request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your complimentary consultation. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation.
• Timeliness: Please be on time for your consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule if time does not permit.
